Magic Mobility Program

The Magic Mobility program does not have a definitive start or end date. Our programs are self study, which means you can start at any time!

Magic Mobility program is that magical portal you've been waiting for, that will guide you gently through your first steps on your fitness journey setting you up for success.

Yes! The workouts are available for at-home or gym use.

Each of our available programs and quests include a curated equipment guide to help you get the most of your Micro Squad membership. The equipment we recommend is used across most of our workouts, so you'll be sure to use them again and again!

Micro Squad member subscribed to our Magic level membership ($20/month) have access to the Magic Mobility program.

Modifications are offered within each video but if you feel you need more, we encourage you to join our Discord Servers. Check out our “form” section to ask our Squad Leaders for specific modifications. We ask that you be specific with each move you need assistance in (ie, what video the move is found in and what you’re struggling with).

Yes! Similar mobility workouts are tagged accordingly on our website. We also have a dedicated “Squad Secret Fixes” page that focuses on mobility and foam rolling.

Yes, still practicing mobility is important! You’ll just be moving within your range of motion. If you need further assistance, please reach out to the Squad Leaders in the online Discord community.
