What's Mysticore?

Patience is the super serum of progress. Captain America didn't wake up one day as the ultimate soldier–he put in the work (okay okay, and maybe a little help from Dr Erskine).

We know that sometimes, progress feels slow, but every small victory adds up! You may need to repeat these workouts, and that's totally okay–because with each session, you're getting stronger, more resilient, and one step closer to superhero-level core strength.

MystiCORE Program

The MystiCORE program does not have a definitive start or end date. Our fitness programs are self study, which means you can start at any time!

Even if you're at your Steve Rogers pre-serum phase, this program will be helpful to you. Your core is a key component in your fitness journey, and mastering it will help you succeed.

Yes! The workouts are available for at-home or gym use.

Each of our available programs and quests include a curated equipment guide to help you get the most of your Micro Squad membership. The equipment we recommend is used across most of our workouts, so you'll be sure to use them again and again!

Micro Squad members subscribed to our Sparkle level ($12/month) and our Magic level ($20/month) memberships have access to the MystiCORE program.

We have a 28-day workout quest schedule called "Hero Quest" to help you continue along your superhero fitness journey!
